Theme: The Esports Ecosystem

The March session zoomed out from the fundamentals to map the moving parts of the industry: who builds what, who pays whom, and where the careers actually sit. Topics included:

  • The major stakeholder groups (publishers, leagues, teams, venues, talent, content)
  • Revenue models: sponsorship, media rights, merchandising, prize pools
  • Career paths and how to enter them from a Nigerian context
