Theme: The Esports Ecosystem
The March session zoomed out from the fundamentals to map the moving parts of the industry: who builds what, who pays whom, and where the careers actually sit. Topics included:
- The major stakeholder groups (publishers, leagues, teams, venues, talent, content)
- Revenue models: sponsorship, media rights, merchandising, prize pools
- Career paths and how to enter them from a Nigerian context
